Why the stock market is plummeting & you're in the red

There are many reasons for why the market ain't tasting like green juice where one  is related to a cybersecurity attack on the largest fuel pipeline in the U.S. forcing it to shutdown. 😲This pipeline transports half of all the fuel supply (gasoline, diesel, home heating oil, and jet fuel) in the East Coast. 🗽

Hold up…Hundred million gallons of fuel are transported every day, so why is this affecting the stock market? The rise in cost of fuel all contributes to the rise in cost of transportation 🚂 and manufacturing.

The rise in cost also gets passed to consumers which means inflation. Higher than expected inflation means that interest rates might go up which contributing to lower stock prices. 📉
